Jr. JAVA Back End Developer (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Jr. JAVA Back End Developer to care for our client’s software
development projects and use well-defined methodologies and best practices.

Location: Belgrade, Serbia | Full Time

What can you expect in this role?
• Deployment of Enterprise and In-house new product development project.
• Working on new ETL development and managing existing BigData solutions written in
Talend.
• You will be supported by a team of SA, developers from the Agency team (in-house or
sub-contracted), support management
• Estimate new modules and products.
• Working in a modern English-speaking team.
• Report to the SW Dev project lead team and constant mentoring by support and team
members within the Programme.
• Support in the Increment of sprint planning and other retrospective planning and
performance. Established Standup is mandatory and your contribution is valued.
• Run and/or assist with key ceremonies (stand-ups, program increment planning, sprint
planning, refinements, demos, retrospectives)
• Individual contributor with high motivation to learn.

Your experience and education
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields.
• Previous experience (min 2 years’ experience) in a similar role within specialized IT
software development, especially in JAVA Development.
• Strong communication in English being able to work both independently and, in a team,
• Well-versed in English and German languages (optional).
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology.
