We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to manage a number of software development projects, as well as (re)define methodologies and best practices for Onikron LLC / Cataneo.

What can you expect in this role?

  • Enhance strategically the product by gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders
  • Define, document, coordinate, and control scope, priorities, change management, risk, and estimations
  • Engage with stakeholders, managing their expectations
  • Report project (as well as Programme Increment and sprints) performance
  • Run and/or assist on key ceremonies (stand-ups, programme increment planning, sprint planning, refinements, demos, retrospectives)
  • Work with other project teams to manage the delivery of product roadmap
  • Monitor the progress of the project/s, keeping them on time and budget
  • Define, implement, and monitor the utilisation of project management best practices and toolkit
  • Coach, assist and train, when needed, other colleagues within the organisation

Your experience and education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science or related fields
  • Previous experience in a similar role within specialised IT software development, such as Project Manager, Delivery Manager and/or Solution Architect
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, being able to work both independently and in a team
  • Well-versed in English and German languages (verbal optional)
  • Understanding of the SAFe Framework
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PMBoK, Prince2)
  • Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification are highly desirable
  • Previous experience in the media or entertainment industries is highly desirable
